Artesis Plantijn University of Applied Sciences contacted D&L Concepts to renovate their student restaurant on Meistraat. D&L refurbished the self-service counter and installed smart ovens.

Refurbishment of the student canteen
D&L Concepts refurbished the self-service counter at AP Meistraat by designing new furniture, entirely in line with Artesis Plantijn’s requirements.
We also installed an Alto Shaam Vector oven; this smart oven can produce a variety of dishes in a short space of time. Instead of a single oven chamber, this oven operates with four zones, ensuring that there is no transfer of flavour or odour between garlic, puff pastry, fish, meat, etc., and that these dishes can be cooked together in the oven without affecting one another.
