Fittings for the kitchen, bakery and self-service restaurant
In 2012, D&L Concepts fitted out the kitchen, bakery and self-service restaurant at the Texaco service station in Heverlee. The kitchen was designed to prepare between 200 and 500 meals. The project included cold stores and freezer rooms from Isocab and Fermod, with bespoke kitchen and self-service units from D&L, as well as a dishwashing area fitted with Electrolux equipment. The catering is managed in-house.
