D&L Concepts carried out both the design and the complete installation of a new kitchen system for the care organisation Korian, including kitchen appliances, bespoke stainless steel fittings, cold stores and extractor systems.

New production kitchen in a compact space
The existing reheating kitchen was located in a wing that was demolished. In the space that became available, we designed a new kitchen within a very limited floor area, in close consultation with the management, the users and the architect.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a 120-seat restaurant, where residents are served at their tables every day.
