Description
With a score of 13/20 in Gault Millau, Dennis Ekisola of Dojo was no stranger to completely revamping his concept and restaurant. Following an initial meeting in April 2023, a kitchen concept was developed in record time, allowing chef Dennis to showcase Japanese cuisine whilst surrounded by his guests. Less than three months later, on 7 July 2023, the revamped and innovative Dojo 2.0 opened its doors. We are extremely proud to have been part of this breathtaking concept and would highly recommend everyone to pay a visit to Dojo 2.0.
